How to Make a Complaint

Every homeowner who reaches out to Supplyeh Plumbing should be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, please let us know. This page shows how to file a complaint and what comes next. It is a general template and is not legal advice.

• Your experience when you called or contacted Supplyeh Plumbing
• How your personal information was handled
• Anything on this website that seems unclear or wrong
• The behavior of a plumber we connected you with

If the Problem Is With a Provider

Plumbers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own estimates, prices, work and customer service. If you have trouble with work in your home, a good first step is usually to talk to the plumber directly and keep notes in writing.

Please still tell us. Feedback about providers helps keep our network honest. A provider who often falls short of our expectations may be removed. Keep in mind that Supplyeh Plumbing cannot settle contract disputes, refund money for a provider's work, or make choices for a provider.

Sending Your Complaint

Email contact@supplyeh.living and include:

• Your name and the easiest way to reach you
• The date you contacted us or the plumber
• The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
• The plumbing provider's name, if you know it
• A clear account of what happened and what outcome you hope for

After You Write

We will confirm we got your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. Then we will look into what happened. That may include reaching out to the provider. Afterward, we will write back with what we learned and any steps we plan to take.

Still Not Happy?

If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask us to take another look. You can also contact your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For concerns about plumbing work, your state or local plumbing licensing board may also be able to help.
